How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I''ll send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it''s really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invits...! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That''s why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I''m Dar es salaam and Zanzibar based in Tanzania and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I love the way my creativity is quick brown fox jumps developed when I discover new placeS and the quick brown fox I don''t want it to be a brake for you.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 4 days (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
You will receive depending on the package you choose. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Q: Will my photos be posted publicly on your social media
respect your privacy and allow each client to decide whether or not they want their photos displayed publicly. I’d love to show off you & your images, if you’re game! If not, that's okay, too.
How would you describe your shooting style, do you pose?
I take a documentary/fine art approach. This means that the only time I'll be 'posing' (directing) you is during the photoshoot, the rest of the day I'm unobtrusively capturing moments.
I don't 'pose' my couples like puppets, that being said I also won't leave you alone and clueless. I will typically put you where the light is epic and then guide you in a direction (e.g. 'facing each other, holding hands') which will make best use of the light and look best in the scene. I'm all about creating a fun environment where you can be yourselves together and I can be there capturing that interaction.
If there is something that looks out of place or weird I'll be sure to let you know. I strive to capture natural moments and have found that this is the best way to do this.
Do you photoshop images?
I work hard on the day to get it right in-camera, using flattering light, camera angles, lens choice, etc. The way that I shoot and edit naturally creates flattering images. I don’t retouch, airbrush, or photoshop images. I really believe people are beautiful the way they are, and that is how I capture them - in their happiest of moments, truly themselves.

2. Sign Contract
Once we agree on all the details, we sign the contract and your date is officially reserved in my calendar.
3. The Big Day
We'll coordinate the plan for the entire day, to the tiniest detail. We'll agree on specific time slots to have formal portraits taken with your family/Guests as well as just the two of you.
4. Photos & Prints
You'll get a slideshow with 30 previews 3 days after your wedding. The full photo gallery will be sent 7 daysafter your wedding, it may take few days depending on the package you choose.
